I first started pilates and yoga about eleven years ago as tools to reconstruct my body after pregnancy to later learned not only they are great for my physical health but they also do wonder on my mentality. Certified in yoga, pilates, sound healing and passionate in holistic wellness, I bring out the best of each and create sequence and flow to strengthen your body and mind. As simple as focusing on your breath and being conscious in each movement, you will learn through push and pull, twist and bend, point and flex, each move and challenge that you are capable. Yoga and pilates are essentials to physical and mental health, i have learned through my experiences and i wish to spread my knowledge and utilise my skill in assisting you to achieve your health goal - body, mind and soul.
